Charrette Results

On Saturday, February 27th, the city council members and citizens of Hutto met with representatives of Antenora Architects LLP and TBG Partners for an interactive Design Charrette. This opportunity allowed for the people of Hutto to voice their concerns and contribute ideas regarding the development of the new City of Hutto Co-op District. It also allowed the citizens to make direct suggestions about what elements they may want to see incorporated in the new Civic Block and Municipal Complex. Each group of citizens worked with a Design Team member to generate recommendations based on distinctive use schemes the Public space in the Civic Block. Some of these schemes include Entertainment & Events, Outdoor Activities on the Civic Green, etc. Each scheme is purely suggestive, but all of the ideas gained from this session will be reviewed during the development of the design and layout of the future developed Co-op District.
